As part of a human resources team, recruiters (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s needs. This person needs to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills


Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Analyzing the internal customer requests and comparing with company goals
• Stakeholder management to better service the company needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Secondary Tasks and responsibilities
- Administration

Technical skills:

- minimum 2 years experience as a Recruiter in administration services and/or middle management position is a must.
- Interview skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Stepstone or equivalent is a plus

• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

• Working legal knowledge of the local employment law

Methodology/Certification requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree is preferre

Language proficiencies
• FR and NL is a must
• ENG is a plus
