As part of a human resources team , a Senior Recruiter (also known as corporate recruiter and internal recruiter) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s needs of temp and/or perm profiles. This person needs to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills


Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Leading the entire sourcing process from A-Z:
• Job posting creation
• Posting on multiple sourcing channels,
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status & reporting it respectively
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• Continuous improvement and coaching of fellow team members
• Employer branding
• Internal & external communication leadership: job fairs, selection testing, assessments & development centres

Technical skills:

Methodology/Certification requirements
• Master’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.

Technical profile requirements
- +8 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter
- Expert knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge & experience of recruitment, search & selection via Social Medial (tools)
- Very good knowledge of Direct Search tool in IT sector is a big plus
- Working knowledge of any Applicant Tracking System (tools) or readiness to master these tool
- Experience in the sector of Health Care/Insurance is a very big plus
- Experience in the Public Sector is a very big plus
