Project Support Training Track
Our customer is currently in the middle of a very big Finance Transformation project for the roll-out of an accounting tool (SAP).
There are multiple streams that are currently running in parallel (process definition, organization design, training set-up and organization, etc).
For the training track, we are currently looking for a profile that could support the team.
We foresee following tasks for that person:
• Detail the training plan
• Who needs to follow which training and when?
• Define a training catalogue
• Align with the different parties (on tools – e-learning – etc)
• Schedule the trainings and follow-up
• Assess if extra sessions are required
• Review training material
• Support in the creation of exercises in the training environment
• Capture feedback after training
• Coordinate the training session as such (make sure all technical equipment is available)
Important: NL or FR native and understanding and speaking the other language.
- Previous experience working as Project Support
- Pragmatic, hands-on, work independently
- Knowledge on Finance processes is not required, but a plus
