Project description:

Our client is searching currently for a Project Manager (with RFP experience) in the department of PMO. You will report to the Domain Manager (Digital & People).

Projects concerned:

- ERP Billing Project
- Less Paper Project
- Other projects to be further specified like onboarding phase2, …

1.) ERP Billing Engine:

Currently the billing calculation for Aeronautical and Commercial Billing (renting offices + shops) is part of an non target system and is running out of support. It has been decided to launch a new project to analyse, tender and implement a new future proof billing engine.

This project will englobe the analysis, tendering and implementation of a new future proof Billing Engine (=billing calculation) for Aeronautical and Commercial Billing (=renting offices + shops):

• Analyze requirements and processes (As Is & To Be)
• Select Tool and select Implementation Partner
• Contracting Vendor + Impl. Partner
• Design > Build > Test
• Integration in existing ICT Landscape (interfaces)
• Data Migration
• Change Management / Training
• Go Live – including setup of the RUN
• Decommission

2.) Less Paper:

• Less paper usage mindset of staff members, and facilitate transition to digital
• the accessibility of documents (anywhere, anytime, anyhow) - Step Up Bricks enabler
• Legal and contractual obligations with regards company documents,
• Risk of loss of information and knowledge,
• Secured protection of sensitive data
• Preparation of historical data exploitation


- Responsible for the delivery of projects within the agreed timing, cost, committed resources, size and quality standards
- Monitor and adjust projects to increase efficiency, reduce risks, identify changes and propose alternative solutions
- Implement the standard project management methodology (Think / Build / Run)
- Maintain regular contacts with customers to better understand their needs and expectations
=> All project internal stakeholders (Finance, Business Development, …) and external
- Lead this new Tender procedure in the right direction and take care of the delivery of the correct specifications, the recording of supplier presentations (including demos) and the final selection of the right party

Technical skills:

- Least 7 years of relevant experience in project management in a complex environment.
- Least 7 years of experience with complex ICT Implementation projects (Finance IT Legacy and experience with implementing back-office tools)
- Analytical, have strong organizational skills and leadership
- Experience with (European) tender procedures
- Customer focused team player with excellent communication skills
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Assertive and you dare to question decisions
- Presentation skills
- Proven experience with prioritization in complex environments, management reporting, process improvement
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Useful Previous Experience:
- Good understanding of business financial flows
- Digitalization and indexing of archives
- Outsourcing process
